Marketing

We understand the way people search for properties has changed dramatically over the years, which is why our marketing strategy ensures our properties are exposed in the right market place, making sure we deliver you the best price in the shortest possible time scale.

You can be assured that your property will be extensively marketed minimizing the time it remains empty. Marketing of your property will include portal advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, direct mail, ‘To Let’ boards, our own website and direct contact with our database of tenants currently looking to move.

Viewings

Accompanied viewings are a must as we want to ensure we give potential tenants the opportunity to ask any questions and give feedback that may help in a speedy rental.

We arrange viewings 7 days a week, including evenings to ensure we maximize the people who view your property.

Letting your property

Once we have agreed the offer between you and your new tenant we will arrange all of the following for you:

Referencing and credit checks
Prepare the tenancy agreement
Arrange an inventory/check in
Transfer of the key services (gas/electric/water/council tax)

If we are managing the property on your behalf, we will also arrange the following:

Professional house clean
Gardener to prepare tidy any outside space
Work with you to compile an instruction folder with relevant property information.
