We take one weeks rent as a holding deposit once an offer has been accepted, this removes a property from the market subject to references and right to rent checks and is then deducted from the first months rent. All tenants will introduced by us to a third-party referencing agency.
Once referencing is complete and acceptable, we require the balance of the first months rent in advance, plus a deposit of five weeks rent which will be held with the Deposit Protection Service.

We are also members of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme for consumer complaints.
