Benjamin Matthews Estate Agents are planning on holding a Property Advice Clinic in Forest Hill to offer advice on anything from buying, selling, investing, renting, mortgages etc. one evening in October and would love to know if this would be of interest at all? It won't be a sales pitch, we'll have local mortgage advisors on hand to answer any questions from financing a purchase, re mortgaging, equity release schemes, buy to let mortgages, let to buy etc. and will also be able to tell you about the latest mortgage rates and deals on offer.There will also be a local solicitor there who can help with any legal queries that you have, along with an accountant who specialises in property who will be able to answer any tax or structuring questions that you may have.Of course we will be there as well to give you any help or advice that you need if you're thinking of buying or selling locally.The event will be free to attend, there will be drinks and nibbles and the whole evening will be very informal, the venue is yet to be decided but it will be somewhere easily accessible to local residents with no transport or parking issues.
